An easy way to double or even triple your donation to Forgotten Paws is to find out if your company has a matching-gift program. Such programs typically match all or a percentage of employee contributions to charitable organizations, making the employer a partner in employees’ personal philanthropy. Simply obtain a matching-gift form from your employer’s personnel office, fill it out, and provide it to Forgotten Paws with your contribution

First, start with your Human Resources manager. This person will usually have the information you are looking for or can direct you to the right person. Most companies have a simply form you fill out or that is mailed to Forgotten paws. We fill in the form with a copy of your donation receipt or check and they mail us a check to match the percentage they offer.

Make a Gift Pledge for yourself or in honor of someone else

Forgotten Paws welcomes your gift through a pledge — a formal statement of intention to make a gift to the group. With a pledge, you may complete your gift by making regular payments over time, allowing you to give more generously than you originally may have considered. What is more, each payment on your pledge is eligible for an income-tax charitable deduction.
